Appointment Guarantees, Cancellation & No-Show Guidelines

A few things before you schedule your next appointment…

Bookings

Welcome and thank you for choosing Square One Salon & Spa! Before you get started, here is some important information, and some helpful tips and tricks:

• Once you have selected your service and the best date and time for you, it will prompt you to log in to your account.

• If you don’t have an account, no worries, just follow the prompts to create one to get started.

• A credit card must be saved to your guest file to guarantee your appointment time is held exclusively for you.

• We cannot book a service without a credit card securely saved on file.

• Once you securely save your credit card online or by calling our Guest Care Team at one of our locations to schedule your next appointment, you will be ready to go!

Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. We understand that sometimes “life” happens. Our goal is to be understanding of that, especially with our loyal guests. We’re all human and understand things come up. We aim to be understanding of that, especially for our loyal guests. Appointment Guarantee

Safety & Security

You can rest assured that your information is encrypted in the system for your safety and security. The Guest Care Team at Square One Salon & Spa is happy to help you when you’re booking in the salon or over the phone. If you prefer, you can enter your information online at www.squareonesalon.com. Payment Methods

We now require a credit card to be on file to guarantee your appointment time, however, please know that a variety of payment options are available–A Square One Salon & Spa Gift Card, all major credit cards, or cash!

Square One Appointment Guidelines

Our guidelines were created to deter the very few who frequently cancel and no-show their appointments. Our service providers are commission-based, earning their compensation by completing services. These guidelines help honor their time, talents and support their livelihood.

Same Day Cancellation

If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. We understand that sometimes “life” happens. No-Show

Missed appointments without cancellation will be charged 100% of the service price. This guideline is for those who often miss appointments and not for those experiencing an extreme circumstance or emergency.

Running Late

If you are running late for an appointment by 10 minutes or more, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your service. If your visit cannot be shortened in the time available, the guideline above may apply.

Don’t Worry. We’ll Remind You!

Be sure to opt-in for our email and text reminders. We send emails 4 days in advance to remind you of your upcoming appointment, and text reminders 48 hours before your visit. We appreciate your business and the support of our team!
