Welcome to Square One Salon and Spa! You made your first appointment with one of our talented service providers–we’ll take it from here!
You’ll be greeted by a member of our Guest Care Team, offered a cup of Aveda Comforting Team, given a tour of our salon and spa, and seated in our waiting room. They will let your stylist know you’re waiting, and inform you of any retail or service promotions we have going on. At this time, our Guest Care Team Member will ask you to complete a New Guest Information sheet, so we can get to know you, get all important information as we don’t want you to miss out on any salon perks as well as new guest incentives!
Your service provider will then meet with you, and begin the consultation process, from there we will make your customized service plan.This is where we can review your specific needs whether it’s hair color, cut, skincare, massage or nails–we can customize a plan just for you! If you’re here for color, your formula is always recorded.
Relax and enjoy your service! Your service provider will always tell you what we’re using and why, as well as give you styling or home care tips when the process is finished to be sure you can recreate your new look at home!
We’ll wrap up our visit with appropriate retail recommendations, to not only help you recreate your look at home, but also protect your investment. Using professional products is very important to help us guarantee our work and provide you THE BEST Aveda routine for your hair, skincare or body products.
Our Guest Care Team will also give you the opportunity to reserve your next appointment with us to ensure you get the day and time that works best for you. Also, keep an eye out for an email from us with a special gift for your next visit!
