Michelle began her journey in the hair industry in 2005. After graduating from the Aveda Institute Columbus she landed a job in Atlanta Georgia working under some of the greatest in the industry. There she honed her skill and love for the craft and later returned to Columbus. In 2010 Michelle joined the Square One Team not only working behind the chair but also as a leader, an educator and salon mentor.
